What is the HERITAGE loyalty programme?
There are 3 programme levels available for registered members – Bronze, Silver and Gold.
The minimum level discount from the prices of the products on the website is 15%.
By placing regular orders for certain amounts in a certain period, you can keep your current program level for the next period, or you will get promoted onto next level and the discount will increase.
Each participant will receive a letter of confirmation from us with the basic conditions.
What does the HERITAGE loyalty program offer?
– your special prices for products with a discount of 15% and higher (these discounts can even sum up during promotional periods!)
– only for you Limited Edition or high-volume products that cannot be purchased by others
– the opportunity to be the first to buy and try our novelties
– the opportunity to participate in events and workshops organized for program participants
– and several other benefits and gifts that we will be adding gradually this year
How can I become a member of the programme?
There are 3 ways to get involved in the programme:
– we manually assign membership to existing customers registered on the website, about which we will inform you
– you have access to a special registration code, which you must enter during registration on the website, and membership will be granted automatically
– if you do not have a special registration code, but you have registered and made a purchase for at least 50.00 Eur, then we will add you to the first level of the programme and inform you about it by sending a text message and/or e-mail
