Conditions for order processing and delivery.
When placing an order for a Product on the Site, your order is processed within 1 (one) business day from the date of placing the order.
MARENCE will ship the Products you order to the delivery address specified in your order within two (2) to five (5) business days of MARENCE receiving payment of your order invoice using the shipping method you select. We will notify you when the order is dispatched.
Please note that these deadlines may be subject to change depending on the number of orders received and the workload of MARENCE, especially on holidays.
